1 General Terms & Conditions

Jeeta Baji (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Jeeta Baji and its users.

• Jeeta Baji reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• It is each user's responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.

2 Account Rules

The following rules must be followed when registering and using an account on Jeeta Baji:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure.
• Refusing to submit the required documents for identity verification (KYC) may result in your withdrawal being put on hold.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login password and account details strictly confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify Jeeta Baji immediately.

3 Deposit Rules

The following terms apply to all deposits made on Jeeta Baji:

• You may only make deposits using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are typically processed within a few minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Jeeta Baji does not charge any transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from Jeeta Baji:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Jeeta Baji reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.

5 Bonus Terms & Conditions

Jeeta Baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement (WR). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the WR has been met.
• Each bonus has a set validity period. Once expired, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Jeeta Baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be subject to investigation.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on Jeeta Baji are operated in accordance with international standards. Please keep the following in mind while gaming:

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by third parties.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Jeeta Baji is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
• Exploiting system errors during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• In Live Dealer games, the dealer's decision is considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Opening or operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated systems to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing artificial bets or transactions for the purpose of obtaining a bonus.
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by legal obligation.
• SSL encryption is used to ensure the security of the platform.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Jeeta Baji may close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or any fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Orders from a court or regulatory authority.

You may request account closure at any time. However, please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.

10 Responsible Gaming

Jeeta Baji believes gaming is entertainment, not addiction. That's why we are fully committed to supporting responsible gaming:

• You can set your own deposit limits.
• You may suspend your account for a set period if needed.
• Permanent self-exclusion is available.
